Course Description

11^th months of Govt. sponsored residential coaching facility for 50 Nos meritorious Engineering aspirants of BTR. The coaching will be provided by experienced faculties in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics towards preparation for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main & Advanced 2023-24.

Selection Process & Guidelines

The students are eligible for applying for the Program who hails from underprivileged and rural background of BTR.

Written Test:

• Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Test duration 3 hrs.
• 90 MCQs
• +4 marks for the correct answer and –1 mark for the wrong answer.
• Maximum marks: 360.
• Eligibility PCM candidates appearing in Boards 2023.
• Students should be eligible for JEE Entrance Exam.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 60% or above in HSLC Examination for SC/ST Category candidates.
• 70% or above in HSLC Examination for General & Other Category Candidates.
• Student must have minimum 65% (for SC/ST) and minimum 75% (For General, OBC etc) in 12^th standard examination
• Resident of BTR.
• HS Final year or appeared with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Reservation Policy:

• 70% reservation for ST candidates of BTR.
• 30% for others living in BTR

Final Selection Process:

The selection of aspiring candidates for admission shall be based on their performance in the SET-BS50 2023 (70% weightage) and Interview (30% weightage).
